I will teach you what you want to know when it will help you the most and give you an understanding of your computer and software
I will help you achieve your aims by checking your equipment is working properly, that it is up to the task and that you understand how to use it effectively and efficiently.
If you have a problem I will help you solve it. By coming out to you I can examine the situation and identify whether the problem is hardware, software or you or a combination and then resolve it.
HARDWARE - I will identify the faulty component and frequently repair or replace it. If its a major fault I can recommend the best persons to go to.
SOFTWARE - I will research the problem and then either resolve it by removing the conflict, or by patching the software or recommend alternatives.
YOU - Sometimes a lack of instruction or information means that a little training goes a long way
